About ISO 9001:2015 standard

In the beginning of September TSIIC SIAM successfully passed the second stage of the quality management system (QMS), confirming compliance of the area of «Design and production of equipment and mechanisms to control and manage oil and gas wells» with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This decision was made by the specialists of BVC (Bureau Veritas Certification Rus’). The auditors pointed out that TSIIC SIAM uses a risk-oriented approach while planning and operating QMS processes, and managers perform competent policies on risk assessment and management.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard, based on continuous improvement, motivation, and involvement of the whole team for a common cause. Passing this certification indicates that there is a high level management of products and services at our enterprise.

The efficiency of the quality management system is the achievement of set goals and compliance with the Quality Policy to improve the functioning of the company as a whole.

All on the level

As a result of the external audit BVC concluded that all SIAM parameters are at the proper level. Moreover, they highlighted the following strengths of the company:

• documentation corresponds to the requirements of the Audit Standard. Its structure and composition are the base of its maintenance and continuous improvement of a company's work. Regular updates of documentation are set in place;
• procedures of internal auditors results in an effective mechanism of maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS. All measures and actions to correct discrepancies, that were found out by external auditors, were completed on time;
• quality management system analysis conducted by managers provides its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
