The meeting dedicated to the PBOTOS was held at Udmurtneft on July 26. This kind of events are regular, their audience is contractors and service services included in PJSC Rosneft. Participants share their experience and new practices in the field of industrial safety, labour and environment protection. The main purpose of such meetings is the prevention of work related injuries.
This time SIAM MASTER became a co-organizer of the event. Employees of the company — Vadim Sergeyevich Isupov, director of the branch of SIAM MASTER Ltd. in Izhevsk, and Sergey Vadimovich Isupov, head of the automation department, presented the best practices of industrial safety, labour and environment protection that are used in the company. Also delegates talked about IT solutions that allow reducing injuries at work.
In addition to the performances of the operation service, colleagues from the TSIIC SIAM LLC organized an exhibition of its equipment: echometers DU-1, DUA-1, SUDOS-automaton, dynamometer DDIN, DDIM and SIDDOS-automaton 3M, wellhead pressure and temperature gauges UMT-02 and SAMT, as well as the BVK registration unit. Also workers of SIAM organized a practical seminar for the participants of the meeting.

Since the beginning of its use in 2017, there were only 1 accident in the Izhevsk branch of SIAM MASTER Ltd. According to other indicators, the number of accidents, like fires, deaths and road accidents, is zero due to the constant and systematic work within the company in the field of process safety, as well as well-established interaction with the divisions of Udmurtneft overseeing this direction. During 2023, more than 50 employees of the Izhevsk branch were trained in the following programs: "Use of personal protective equipment", "First aid", "Safe methods and techniques for performing work when exposed to harmful and (or) hazardous production factors, sources of danger identified as part of a special assessment of conditions labor and occupational risk assessment". Employees of the branch who drive vehicles have been trained under the program "Protective driving".

In his presentation the director of the branch Vadim S. Isupov spoke in detail about the organization of work in the field of process safety, labour and environment protection of SIAM MASTER Ltd. in Izhevsk. Firstly, regular inspections are carried out to minimize possible violations. The results are monitored and analyzed to improve further work. All errors are handled as soon as possible.
Secondly, the company checks for speed limit and mileage reconciliation to gain a full control over transport. These measures help to minimize the threat of an accident. Based on the data, corrective measures are formed to prevent repeated violations.
SIAM MASTER Ltd. also presented its IT solutions. SIAM's latest development was the SiamEngy mobile app. It allows you to make fast calculations in the field, which, in turn, reduces the number of potential errors. In addition, Sergey V. Isupov spoke about SiamTestSystem, a complex for testing personnel, and Siam's developments in the field of VR simulators.
