Features
- an electric-driven electronic control «SIAM-LESP-6» slickline winch is used, also there is free fall. Power supply is from one-phase industrial network 220 V, 50 hz;
- the possibility of self-contained lab exploitation (without connection to external power supply rack at a well site) is realized by means of two independent sources: a self-contained diesel generator and a voltage source invertor (invertor) 24V-220V (emergency);
- AC frequency changer provides infinitely variable speed control of lowering slickline from 7% to nominal;
- change in direction of slickline movements is made by changing rotating direction of a motor shaft - electronic reverse;
- running depth gauge MI-1 doesn’t have a measuring wheel (excluding redundant slickline strain);
- speed, running depth and pulling force is controlled by an electronic meter. The running depth control is duplicated by a mechanical meter.
- there are 2 working areas: a cabin and an engineering compartment with watch windows, an upper and an evacuation (emergency) hatches in the snow and swamp-going vehicle. Operating of a pulling-and-running mechanism is carried out in 2 modes: slickline is run through an open rear door, and if necessary, through a service slotted opening with stabilizing pulleys set
- to light the wellhead, 220 V line-operated spotlamps and a pilot-lite with 24 V on-board power system are installed;
- to light engineering compartment equipment, 220V line-operated lamps and dome lights with 24 V on-board power system are installed;
- there is an amplified telephone;
- there is a watch windows heater
- driver's cabin and engineering compartment are equipped with self-contained heaters 24 V (diesel fuel) in addition to in-house heaters of snow and swamp-going vehicle;
- to improve working conditions, the following equipment is installed: a chest bench, a table, sleeping berths, a chest, and so on (optional);
